The windows to the northern elevation shall be replaced in accordance with those shown in drawing 07-001/P/003 dated August 07 received on 19 September 2007 within 3 months of the grant of planning permission and shall be painted timber to match the existing windows in the eastern elevation of the building. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That parking in association with the use shall take place only in the existing parking area at the front of the Old School. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy D2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
