Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies H13 and D1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage which forms part of this proposal shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with Policies G2, EP1 and EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
