Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That all the materials to be used for the external cheeks and roof of the dormer shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
