Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That all new works and works of making good the retained fabric, both internal and external, shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To ensure the details of the proposal are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:1 and 1:10 for the proposed new door to the front elevation of the extension, the new kitchen window to the rear elevation of the extension, and new widened door to existing kitchen shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to works commencing on site.

Samples of materials and sample panels for the hand made clay roofing tiles and external lime render finish for the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to works commencing on site.
