That within three months of the grant of this planning permission the exposed structural roof timbers in the north east corner of the canopy structure; and the exposed side and rear elevations of the shed approved by this planning permission shall be dark stained to match the rest of these structures respectively.
Reason: To ensure that the character and appearance of the development is in keeping with the character and appearance of the site and its surroundings; and appropriate to the setting of the listed building and the character of the conservation area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
