That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, prior to the commencement of works relating to the installation underfloor heating, a trial hole shall be dug and inspected and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and historic fabric of the grade II listed building and to comply with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
