Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no construction work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 0830 and 1800 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 0900 and 1300 on Saturdays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies EP2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
All plant, machinery and equipment (i.e. swimming pool pumps) to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall be installed, maintained and operated so as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any premises either attached to, or in the vicinity of the premises to which the application refers.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
