Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the walls of the development hereby permitted shall match the lower part of the existing dwelling and the roof tiles of the development shall match those on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
