Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three year from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. - tiles to the porch roof - bricks for the porch pier - bricks and stone for use in the construction of the retaining wall Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a sample panel of facing stonework showing the proposed stone to be used, size, coursing and pointing style for the plinth of the conservatory shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panel shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The windows and doors to the conservatory shall be painted timber and single glazed. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: - windows to the conservatory - external doors to the conservatory Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
