Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 in respect of the timber door in existing frame shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the new windows to the front elevation shall be painted timber and single glazed and in accordance with the drawings submitted on 4 May 2007, in terms of the detail shown to the vertical section. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a drawing of the vertical section of new windows to the front at a scale of 1:1 to match the detail provided for the horizontal section shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
