Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies A1 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for equestrian or agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies A1 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire local Plan.
