Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and details of the finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the stonework to be used in the extension shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix a sample panel of which shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
