That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Detailed drawings of the joinery for the proposed rear glazed doors at a scale of 1:1 and 1:10 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing on site.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no works shall take place until samples of the pennant slab flooring to be used in the internal alterations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
