Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the new bathroom door shall be a plank ledge and braced painted timber door as specified in the design and access statement submitted to support the application. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the brickwork in the link corridor shall remain unpainted and shall not be plastered. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
