Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the conservatory link and family room hereby permitted shall be as specified on drawing number L2873/04 Rev B. Jan 2007 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the natural stone to be used for the replacement road-side wall of the link conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls of the main dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting Order) no openings shall be constructed in the road-side (north) elevation of the conservatory link or family room hereby permitted.
Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
