Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the top and sides of the surrounding box frame shall be retained unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing small metal casement window within the timber sash shall be re-used within the new sliding sash. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, scale drawings at 1:1 and 1:10 providing exact details of the existing opening and all existing joinery profiles, including moulding details to be copied shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
