Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That notwithstanding Option 2 on page 2 of the Shire Roofing Company (Oxford) Limited report and quotation dated 26 May 2006, no consent is given hereunder for the removal of the vent. Reason: In order to safeguard the historic and architectural interest of the building which is on the Statutory List in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the Shire Roofing Company (Oxford) Limited report and quotation dated 11 August 2006, full details of the replacement rooflight windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. These windows shall not necessarily be Keylight Conservation Windows and thereafter shall be installed as approved. Reason: In order to safeguard the historic and architectural interest of the building which is on the Statutory List in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the roof tiles to be used shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building and a sample shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: In order to safeguard the historic and architectural interest of the building which is on the Statutory List in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the alteration to the gully shall be undertaken in accordance with Item iii of the Design and Access Statement submitted as part of this application. Reason: In order to safeguard the historic architectural interest of the building which is on the Statutory List in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
