Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposed development represents piecemeal development which would prejudice a future scheme for the comprehensive redevelopment of the land and adjoining land contrary to Policy DID8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That having regard to the details of the flat roofed design, the proposed works of extension and erection of boundary fencing would represent inappropriate development serving only to exacerbate the outdated and poor quality of design of the existing building and detracting further from the visual amenity of the area contrary to Policies G6 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposed development would introduce a late night noise use and levels of activity which would result in the undesirable intensification of the site and a building with inadequate sound insulation to the detriment of the amenity, environmental and living conditions of the occupants of adjacent residential properties by reason of noise and disturbance contrary to Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
