Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.26/06 as shown on plan numbers 580/L/01, 580/B/01, 580.06.2/01A, /02, /05, /S/11A, /11D, /12A, /15B and /20A accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That samples of the external materials proposed to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2, G6 (OSP2016); G2, G6 (SOLP2011)).

That an aboricultural method statement be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development prior to the commencement of development on the site. This statement shall include the following: A specification for the pruning of, or tree surgery to, trees to be retained in order to prevent accidental damage by construction activities; The specification of the location, materials and means of construction of temporary protective fencing and/or ground protection in the vicinity of trees to be retained, in accordance with recommendations of BS 5817 (2005) "Trees in relation to construction" and details of the timing and duration of its erection; The definition of areas for the storage of stockpiling of material, temporary on-site parking, site offices and huts, mixing of cement or concrete, and fuel storage; The means of demolition of any existing structures and of the reinstatement of the area currently occupied thereby; The specification of the routing and mean of installation of drainage or any underground services in the vicinity of the trees; The details and method of construction of the pathways/external play areas in the vicinity of retained trees and how these relate to existing ground levels. Reason: To ensure the protection of existing trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. (Policy: G2 (OSP2016); G2, G6, C1, C9 (SOLP2011)).

That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the Travel/Wise team and must be put into operation before occupation of the new development. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport. (Policies: G2, T1 (OSP2016); D1 (SOLP2011).
