Planning Permission on 22nd February 2008
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the premises shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, that is as a centre for complementary and alternative therapies, and shall not be used for any other use as defined within Class D1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or in any provision equivalent to the class in any statutory instrument revoking and reacting that order with or without revocation), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to retain control over future uses of the premises in the interests of residential amenity and traffic generation, in accordance with Policies CF2 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no customers of, or visitors to the centre for complementary and alternative therapies hereby approved shall be on the premises between 18.30 hours and 08.30 hours the following day Monday to Saturday, and from 12.30 hours on Saturday to 08.30 hours on Monday. Reason: To ensure the use hereby approved does not give rise to conditions which would be detrimental to the amenities of surrounding residents by reason of noise and traffic generation, in accordance with Policy CF2 and T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the 8 parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with plan reference 07-1096/01 and shall be laid out and permanently retained for the parking of vehicles belonging to customers of, visitors to and employees of the centre for complementary and alternative therapies hereby approved. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of adequate off-street parking, in accordance with Policy T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
