Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That details of the drainage runs / soil pipes shall be submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
