Relocation of existing stables, extension of domestic curtilage and erection of garage. Amendment to consent P06/E0506. (As amended by drawing number 07024/004B and accompanying Agent's letter received on 11 February 2008).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That details of the staining of the timber boarding used for the external walls of the new garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the roof of the garage hereby approved other than those which are shown on the approved plan.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
