Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the four existing condenser units (referred to as HT1, HT2, LT1 and LT2 on drawing number 0752.02-AG(P)-R01) shall be removed within 1 month of date the four condenser units herbey approved (referred to as new HT/LT1, new HT/LT2, new HT4 and new HT5 on drawing number 0752.02-AG(P)-R01) are first operated. Reason: To avoid unnecessary clutter on the roof of the property, and to protect the amenities of neighbouring residential occupeirs in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7 and EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the four packaged unit condensers and associated machinery and equipment hereby approved shall be installed, maintained and operated so as to ensure that the rating noise level from this equipment does not exceed the background noise level at the boundary of the premises. Measurement and rating of noise for the purposes of this condition shall be in accordance with BS4142 (1997) 'Method for rating industrial noise affecting mixed residential and industrial areas.' Reason: To protect the amenities of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
