Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The extension hereby approved shall be rendered and painted to match the colour of the main dwellinghouse within 1 month of the date of its occupation as part of the dwellinghouse.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
