That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That detailed drawings of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the development is begun:
a. Flues and vents
b. Drainage runs
Reason: In order to safeguard the special archirtectural and historic interest of the listed building, the setting of the listed terrace and to protect the character and appearance of the Henley Main Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3, CON5 and CON7 of the adoped South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That all works of making good to the retained external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
