Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That no goods, materials, plant or machinery shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open without prior permission of the local Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, the amenity of neighbouring residents and the openness of the countryside in accordance with Policies G2, E5, E8 and A3 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country (General Permitted Development Order) 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that order), no development as specified in schedule 2 Part 3, Class B shall be undertaken without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The specific circumstances of this site warrant the Local Planning Authority having control over any further development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policies C2, G2, E5, E8 and A3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use hereby permitted shall be carried out only by 'Clean Machines' and for no other person or persons. Reason: To ensure the permission is exercised only by the applicant having regard to the personal circumstances of the case and in accordance with Policies C2, G2, E5, E5 and A3 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
