Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P12/S2646/DIS

Details of the stain of the timber ship-lap boarding and colour of the corrugated metal roof to be used in the construction of the storage building hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The storage building hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the use of Wyfold Meadows Farm as a dwellinghouse. The storage building shall not be occupied as residential accommodation, or used for any commercial or business purposes. Reason: To protect the rural character of the area and to safeguard the amenities of neighbouring residential occupiers, in accordance with policies G2, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local PLan 2011.
