That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The storage building hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the use of Wyfold Meadows Farm as a dwellinghouse. The storage building shall not be occupied as residential accommodation, or used for any commercial or business purposes.
Reason: To protect the rural character of the area and to safeguard the amenities of neighbouring residential occupiers, in accordance with policies G2, C2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local PLan 2011.
