Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the windows in the south elevation of the side extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and thereafter so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
