That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That the timber fascias and projecting signs shall be hand painted. Reason: To ensure that the signage respects the character and appearance of the Henley Main Conservation Area in accordance with Policies D1, AD1, CON7 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
