Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south facing side elevation of the extensions other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G2, D4 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That joinery details at a scale of 1:5 for the proposed new windows be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the traetment of the southern boundary of the site shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G2, D4 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
