Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the external walls of the former loggia shall be finished in render and painted to match the existing building within 3 months of its occupation as part of the main dwellinghouse
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance, in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
