Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, C2, D1 and H13 of the adopted Soth Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
