Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Prior to development works shall be completed to facilitate vehicular access to the entire parking area. This will require an extension of the existing dropped kerb to the full width of the parking area. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policies G2, D2, H13, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to development that parking area shall be provided as shown on the amended plan received 16/11/2007. Consequently the area shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, D2, H13, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
