Notwithstanding the details on the submitted plans, further details at a scale of 1:10 of the new kitchen window and the roofing of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing conservatory shall be removed and replaced in accordance with the details approved pursuant to condition 1 above within 6 months of the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The rainwater goods shall be replaced with black metal rainwater goods within 6 months of the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
