That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Detailed horizontal and vertical sectional drawings at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20, in respect of the new rear (SE) elevation showing the supporting structure, glazing and central doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historical interest of the building included in the Statutory List in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A sample panel of the low level plinth wall showing the texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has commenced. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historical interest of the building included in the Statutory List in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
