Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That details and a sample of the bricks to be used for the proposed boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That prior to the first use of the proposed new means of access onto Lambridge Wood Road it is to be formed, laid out and to the approval of the Local Planning Authority and constructed strictly in accordance with the Highway Authority's specifications and that all ancillary works specified shall be undertaken.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with the Policies G2, H13, T1 and T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Before the proposed new access is first used, the existing access onto Lambridge Wood Road shall be permanently stopped up by the means of full face kerbing and reinstatement of the footway to the approval of the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the Highway Authority's specifications and shall not be used by any vehicular traffic whatsoever.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, H13, T1 and T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
