Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of works: a. Sample of brick b. Sample panel of brick and mortar Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historical interest of the adjacent listed walls and building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all new works and works of making good shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historical interest of the adjacent listed walls and building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the brickwork must be retained unpainted or rendered. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the adjacent listed walls and building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
