Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the parking and manoeuvring areas shall be provided in accordance with the submitted plan reference E/2786/05, and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced (bound material), drained and completed, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles at all times.
Reason; In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposed tree/shrub planting shown on plan reference E/2786/05 shall be carried out prior to the first use of the parking spaces hereby approved and shall be retained and maintained. Any plant that dies shall be replaced within the following planting season and so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of the development, details of the proposed surface water drainage details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be implemented as approved.
Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy EP7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
