Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the commencement of the work hereby approved, a sample panel of brick and flint shall be erected on the site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The sample panel shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of the brick capping shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
