That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: In pursuance of Section 74 of the Listed Building and Conservation Area Act as amended by the Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the demolition hereby permitted shall not be undertaken before planning permission has been granted for the rebuilding of the wall and a contract for the carrying out of the works has been made.
Reason: To ensure that premature demolition does not take place before the rebuilding works start in order that the visual amenities of the area are safeguarded, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
