Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The samples of the slates to be used for the roofs of the dwellinghouse and garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details of the colour of the external render and painted finish of the dwellinghouse and garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The windows of the dwellinghouse and garage shall be timber framed and painted in a colour to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The garage hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the use of Peppers as a dwellinghouse. The garage shall not be occupied as accommodation, or used for any commercial or business purposes.
Reason: To protect the character of the residential area and to safeguard the amenities of neighbouring residential occupiers, in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
