That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Detailed drawings in respect of the following shall be submitted to an approved in writting by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work is begun:
a. new windows at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) and colour finish
b. new doors at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) and colour finish
c. new roof lights at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) and colour finish
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and guidance contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 15.
That a sample of the roofing slate shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before commencement of work.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and guidance contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 15.
