Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials for the farm office and store shall be as specified on the plans hereby permitted. Reason: To conserve the appearance of this part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies C2 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the building hereby permitted shall not be used other than for the purposes specified in the application. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of this part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies C2 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
