Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the proposed replacement windows to the ground floor WC and first floor bathroom, the alterations would represent an inappropriate form of development and would fail to respect the character and appearance of the listed building. As such the proposal is contrary to guidance contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 15 and Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, the proposed dry-lining would compromise the appearance of the architectural features of the listed building contrary to Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and guidance contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 15.
