Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials for the walls, roof and window sills of the central stair tower gable extension and any replacement tiles to the main roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H13 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of all new windows and doors shall be submitted at a scale of 1:10 and (section and elevation) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the special character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G6, H13 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
