Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The log cabin hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the use of Lane End Lodge as a dwellinghouse. The cabin shall not be occupied as accommodation, or used for any commercial or business purposes.
Reason: To protect the character of the residential area and to safeguard the amenities of neighbouring residential occupiers, in accordance with policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the log cabin shall be finished, within 1 month of its construction, in accordance with details of a stain which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the existing summerhouse to be replaced by the log cabin hereby approved shall be removed from the residential curtilage of Lane End Lodge upon the commencement of the use of the cabin for storage/hobby room purposes, or other purposes which are incidental to the use of Lane End Lodge as a dwellinghouse in accordance with Condition 2 of this permission.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the site and area, in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
