Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That detail drawings of the ornamental scrolls (decorative parts of the gates) be submitted at a scale of 1:10 and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree or equivalent number of trees, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy C9 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
