That the proposed garage conversion and resultant loss of an off-street car parking space would mean that 13 Montrose Way would no longer have an appropriate level of off-street car parking provision for a property of this size. The loss of parking space would be likely to give rise to additional on street parking and manoeuvring on Montrose Way and would obstruct vehicles associated with 15 Montrose Way to the detriment of highway safety and the convenience of other road users. As such, the proposal would be contrary to Policies T2 and T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016 and Policies T1 and D2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
