Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 10th August 2007
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed extension, by reason of its size, appearance and inappropriate detailing, would be harmful to the special architectural character and historic interest of the listed building. Furthermore, the application contains insufficient information to demonstrate that the proposed solar panels would not cause harm to the listed building. The proposal would therefore be contrary to adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Policies G2, G6, CON2, CON3 and H13 and advice in PPG15.
