Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That within 6 months of the substantial completion of the extension hereby permitted, the extension and existing property shall be rendered as specified in the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted, the existing access shall be widened and the turning, garaging and parking spaces shown on drawing 0199-02 Rev D, shall be provided and thereafter kept available for the parking and turning of motor vehicles.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, except as my otherwise be agreed in writing by the LPA, the roof of the extension shall be constructed in accordance with the details shown on drawing 0199-02 Rev D.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
